Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Need, including our mobile apps and website at need.flowtasks.io. By creating an account or using Need, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Need helps people post structured requests (“Need Cards”) and connect with trusted circles, verified helpers, and local providers. We provide the platform; users are responsible for their own interactions, agreements, and outcomes.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post objectionable content or abusive behavior. There is zero tolerance for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or dangerous content.
• Scams, spam, or sexual exploitation, including anonymous posts.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or qualifications.
• Circumventing safety features, blocks, or verification requirements.

User content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate Need. You control who sees each need through in-app privacy settings.

Payments

The Need app is free to download. Full access requires a one-time in-app purchase (currently $9.99 USD) through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Store terms and refund policies apply to those transactions. Web sign-in does not replace mobile store purchases where required by the platform.

Safety and disputes

Need includes reporting, blocking, content filtering, and moderation tools. We review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours. Contact [email protected] to report inappropriate activity. Need is for users 18 and older only.

Disclaimer

Need is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that needs will be fulfilled, that helpers are qualified for every task, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowtasks and Need are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
